We have a part-time position available for a General Dentist to work with the Finch-Henry Job Corps Center, in Northern Mississippi. The position is for 8 hours per week, to be worked any one day Monday through Friday.
The Job Corps program, funded by the U.S. Department of Labor, is a national free education and training program which helps young people learn a career, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find a job.
Contract dentist will do the following: Provide initial oral examination for new students (adolescents and young adults) and routine general dentistry treatment, including restorative, extractions, anterior endo on strategic teeth, partials and nonsurgical periodontal care; preventative dental health education to students at the center, diagnosis and treatment plan each student, and aid in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the total center dental health program.
