Relode Health in Memphis,TN is looking for one Physical Therapist to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Obtain patients medical history
Evaluates and administers treatment in consultation with the referring physician
Completes all appropriate documentation in the patients medical records
Instructs patient and their family in appropriate patient care
Assists in total rehabilitation of the patient
Assists in training support personnel in the provision of in-service programs
Performs clerical and other duties assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/MUST-HAVES:
MUST BE: Physical Therapist - Certified
MUST HAVE: Manual Therapy Experience
MUST HAVE at least 1 year Outpatient Orthopedic experience
Ability to work in high paced environment
MUST be a graduate or soon-to-be graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
NICE-TO-HAVES/PREFERRED:
Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist (COMT) Cert
Orthopedics Specialist Certification (OCS) Cert
LOCAL Candidates Preferred
