Are you retired and looking for something to do or wanting a stress free job to supplement your income? Do you love the outdoors? If so, this job is for you. We are looking for a dependable, hardworking person that can maintain our grounds (mow, weedeat, edge, cut bushes, maintain flower beds, etc.). Duties will also include painting, light maintenance and floor maintenance during the off season and in inclement weather . We've always used a team of two part-time individuals to keep our property looking pristine.
This is a permanent, part-time position, Monday - Friday - 8a - 12n or could be 8a - 2p. We are an independent housing community for those 55 and older and we sit on 8.5 acres in the Raleigh/Bartlett area.
