Looking for a Maintenance person who has experience in PLUMBING and it would be nice to have some experience with HVAC as well. However, it is not mandatory. We rehab rental properties for approximately 65 houses.
You start at $9.50 up to $15 per hour. The pay depends on several factors: Experience, transportation on the job (preferable a truck), and their own tools.
There is Room/Housing (with lights) available at a cheap rate (if needed). Most of the work and housing is done in Whitehaven . I pay daily!
Am also looking for a Experienced Concrete man (part-time) as well, at a hourly rate.
