About the Job
Court Buddy, an award-winning company, is urgently seeking a Family Law attorney / lawyer who can represent a client in Shelby County, TN.
Qualifications
This is an URGENT need. Attorney must be available to work with client immediately.
The ideal candidate is a solo attorney, attorney in a small law firm, and/or an ambitious rainmaker who has the following qualifications:
- A member in good standing with the Bar
- Can represent clients in Shelby County, TN
- Amenable to providing a-la-carte legal services as well as full case representation to clients under a flat fee structure (excluding costs such as court filing fees)
Compensation
Selected attorney will receive compensation via Direct Pay, our internal direct payment portal. Attorney will receive 100% of fees earned with no need to send out monthly invoices to client or worry about chasing unpaid fees. The compensation varies, depending on the type of case and number of tasks completed.
