In the Sales Representative role you will be responsible for face to face selling of shares of real estate to new customers best part is - all leads are provided by our Company!
You receive an hourly rate that is a draw against your commission and requires working weekends. You must have goal orientation, tenacity, and the ability to overcome objections in a professional manner. Prior timeshare experience is not required, however, any sales experience is a big plus.
Conduct quality sales presentations with a high level of customer service
Attend and actively participate in weekly training and sales meetings
Meet or exceed sales quotas and minimum performance standards
Procure referral leads
Follow up with new owners
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance in accordance with Bluegreen policy at all times
Maintain excellent customer service and adhere to the Bluegreen 100% philosophy at all times
