Primary Tasks and Responsibility:
Responsible for working directly with homeowners and insurance companies to determine storm damage to their home. Oversee projects to the homeowners satisfaction and collect payment.
Delivery of interactive sales presentations of our services. Participation in ongoing sales training and coaching on a weekly basis. Team building and mentorship, act as a liaison between property owners, production manager and the insurance company.
Must be a self-starter, can work independently and be driven toward success. Friendly personality and effective communication skills are a must. Ability to speak publicly and with confidence is important. Naturally outgoing and articulate individual who thrives in social settings. Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation and self discipline.
Will require some evening hours. Must have reliable transportation. $35,000 to $65,000 average first year compensation
