SUMMARY
To integrate, test and troubleshoot POS related products.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble, test and troubleshoot POS related equipment
Detail oriented and shows a sense of urgency on work assignments and meets requested delivery dates.
Ability to review work instructions & procedures and follow same
Ability to create integrated work instructions and procedures
Knowledge of CMOS set-up, BIOS functions, hardware set-up and loading software applications.
Able to follow configuration and network instructions as defined in the procedures.
Responsible for productivity, emphasis on quality awareness and continuous improvement. Must be accurate, thorough, neat, efficient and consistent in work output.
Ability to communicate with other departments, ability to read and interpret applied work instructions, software and hardware procedures, and appropriate documentation as required.
Have the ability to analyze design flaws on IT related products and report and present to appropriate engineering group.
Feedback problems back to Team Lead and/or Manager
Adhere to company policies, ISO requirements, 5S, safety and quality workmanship.
Support continual improvement efforts
Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Electronic Technical certificate or computer background preferred; with 2-3 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Individual must be PC literate and have the aptitude to learn operation of other computer systems. Proficiency in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook and other commonly used applications software is preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Certified Quality Technician and / or A+ Certification preferred
