Job DescriptionWhat You’ll Get to Do:CACI is pursuing the prime contract for a large-scale integration and development transformation program that will offer significant growth opportunity for candidates. This position will be a unique and exciting career opportunity that will involve the integration, development, and deployment of enterprise wide systems involving COTS ERP, SaaS solutions, mobile solutions, and enterprise data analytics in a state-of-the-art Agile development environment. The transformation and integration of over 50 legacy systems to ERP and SaaS solutions will be a monumental technical experience for this position. Joining the project offers more than a project assignment; it offers a career growth opportunity in a growing and strategic CACI line of business with great success for Federal and DoD market customers.More About the Role:The Business Operations Manager will report to the Contract Program Manager (CPM)and/or Deputy CPM, as part of the Contract Program Management Office Team and will coordinate all aspects of the Contract's financial, cost, accounting, burn, pricing, revenue and reporting efforts, both internally at the Contract and corporate level and externally to the Navy Customer, including development of P&L and PMR reporting requirements, as well as any other Contract business processes required by the team. Additionally, the BOM will support efforts of the CACI Subcontracts group irt necessary Contract information/coordination and be the first line of contact for the subcontractor(s) business related contacts and coordination at the PMO level.You’ll Bring These Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting or an MBA and 6 years of related experience supporting a Large or Multiple Small/Medium DOD contract(s) with multiple CLINS/SLINS. Previous experience leading and/or coordinating DOD related contract financial, cost, burn, reporting, labor category determination and pricing efforts and other related activities including presentation coordination efforts. Previous experience supporting both internal and external Program Management Reviews (PMRs) for the DOD Customer and at the Corporate Level. Previous experience managing full range of subcontractor management functions (funding, subk coordination and vehicles, financial tracking and reporting, invoicing, etc). Knowledge and understanding of DCAA accounting procedures and rules. Knowledge and understanding of Defense Financial Manager standards and requirements. Excellent communication and leadership skills. US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearanceThese Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) Certification.
