Overview
Enterprise Information Services, LLC (EIS), a Cognosante company, is seeking a highly motivated Deputy Operations Manager to lead all activities for our potential Identification Card Administration (ICA) Support Services program in support of CNIC HQ / Navy Personnel Command (NPC) headquartered at the Navy Pay and Personnel Support Center (NPPSC) in Millington, TN.

Responsibilities
In conjunction with, or in the absence of, the Operations Manager, leads the service delivery effort by supervising the field staff, monitoring site staffing levels and position fill, disseminating program information on ICA policies and procedures, and executing the quality control program.
Leads and supervises the contract workforce and serves as POC for the COR and Government QCM / SPAR when addressing and resolving day-to-day performance and quality issues.

Clearance and Certifications
Tier 3 Investigation
Preferred Certifications
PMP or DAWIA Level III Program Management
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in mathematics, statistics, business, law, engineering, social sciences, physical / applied sciences, or a management discipline such as business administration, accounting, finance, economics or information technology management or 5 years of experience.
Minimum Experience
10+ years of experience in Project Management, Data Analysis, Financial Analysis, Marketing and Public Affairs, Organizational Management, and Business Process Improvement
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Desired Experience
Prior military experience is a plus
