What is the job?We are seeking someone who works well with a diverse group of people, capable of supervising 5 or 6 people, with production line set-up experience or an eagerness to learn. They have to be able to measure product and understand tolerances, and comply with safety standards in a fast-paced sometimes high-pressure work environment. Good math and problem-solving skills are a must. Paper work must be filled out every day and logs must be maintained. Higher rate of starting pay for the right individuals.What are we looking for?
Prior experience in machine operating, assembly or related production environment
Prior experience as a team lead or related positions
Portray a professional demeanor at all times
Must be able to work overtime
High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
Must pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
