ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a portfolio of alliance partner solutions and offers• Drive new partner solutions to market in alignment with Avaya portfolio• Work closely with architects, program management, engineering and IT teams to define, prioritize the requirements & deliver the connected product roadmap targets• Lead cross functional team through Stage Gate process to launch new products/solutions• Provide oversight, manage, and drive partner Offer readiness• Develop, deliver, and evolve partner Offers and GTM dynamics• Provide subject matter expertise to sales and operations on portfolio products and offers• Develop, deliver, and manage partner offer playbooks, sales collateral, and other required assets• Guide the team's work with clear direction and purpose, keeping a well-prioritized backlog and optimizing for efficiency in execution• Strategically define the components of offer enablement - from offer definition, to delivery, security, provisioning, support and management.• Build enablement systems and processes to bring operational efficiency and speed to market availability and revenue booking.• Oversee all aspects of Operational Readiness and coordinate closely with Go to Market, Cloud Operations, Pricing, Services, Sales, Revenue, Marketing, Legal and Tax teams.• Bring innovative perspectives to enablement delivery with a relentless focus on scaling the enablement experience across our customers and employees.• Monitor, manage, and report on portfolio performance• Define enablement strategy based on Customer Journey• Manage prioritization and delivery• Define blueprint and incorporate into concept and commit stages

ABOUT THE REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or equivalent experience.• 8+ years of experience in Technology Product or Offer Management• 4+ years of experience with SaaS Solution Enablement Manager• Experience with cloud technologies, data modeling, agile development tools such as Jira, Confluence• Proven track record of SaaS product strategy, roadmap definition to revenue generation.• Excellent presentation skills to define & communicate product strategy, product demonstrations• Ability to work with senior executives to articulate the strategy and teams on the ground to communicate the product requirements• Ability to document product requirements, communicate to the engineering teams.• Good understanding of agile development methodologies, project management & team collaboration tools• Experience in a position where you were comfortable talking about technology with business partners and business with technical partners.• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and communicate with complex matrixed teams across the globe• Able to work independently and provide updates to management• Well-developed negotiation and influencing skills, for technical and non-technical audiences.• Experience with Contact Center and Unified Communications Industry and Technology• Highly effective interpersonal skills to build consensus and cooperation• Strong tolerance for ambiguity; able to focus and execute in a changing environment; ability to make things happen.• Detail-oriented, particularly while operating under tight timelines
