We Are Hiring Title: Float RN- Registered Nurse - PACUCity, State: Murfreesboro, TNLocation: St Thomas Rutherford Hospital Department: Float Staffing 001Additional Job Details: PRN, Rotating - Holiday and Call Coverage As a Float PACU RN at Saint Thomas Health, you will care for patients who are waking up from anesthesia after surgery. The PACU RN is responsible for proactively observing the patient for signs of pain and other side effects. You will monitor post-operation vital signs, levels of consciousness, and assure patients safely wake from anesthesia. This is a high-pressure, fast-pace environment, and will require you to make quick decisions. The Float RN may be required to float between multiple hospitals within Saint Thomas Health. What You Will Need Licenses/Certifications/Registration:
Required Credential(s):
BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
One or more of the following:
Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
Education:
Diploma
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required
