Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Prior self-storage experience and knowledge of self-storage software application and an automated gate system preferred but not required.
Responsibilities: Daily operations of the facility including, opening and closing office on time. Responsible for keeping the facility rented at optimum levels, providing outstanding customer service, including assessing and resolving customer issues that may arise. Assist customers with space availability, rental regulations, and rates. Ensure all rental forms are correct, completed, and recorded. Monitor payments and notify customers if past due. Make periodic inspections to maintain safety, security and cleaniness. Professionally handle and track all web, telephone and walk-in inquiries. Maintain an accurate Petty Cash log, order and maintain supplies, make daily bank deposits and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management. Assists in the upkeep of the property.
Maintain a clean, safe and secure facility by visually inspecting the facility daily and observe and respond promptly to any situation. Notify the General Manager of all maintenance items that require attention in a timely manner. Assist in preparing units for auction.
