It's a dog's world at Camp Bow Wow Nashville and we're looking for caring, energetic, fun people who want to spend their days giving them the best of everything! Camp Bow Wow is the first and largest doggy daycare and boarding franchise in North America. This alternative to traditional kennels provides a fun, safe and upscale environment for dogs to play, romp, and receive lots of love and attention.
Our Camp Counselors spend the day monitoring groups of dogs in open play yards to ensure their safety and enjoyment. There is also cleaning, removing dog waste, feeding, bathing, and tucking each camper into their cabin at night.
Taking care of dogs is hard, dirty, and often stinky work. We work year round through weekends, holidays, and all weather. But the sight of a happy, excited dog running through our door, a tired dog curling up for a good nights sleep, and parents comforted by knowing their dogs are safe and in good hands makes it all worth it for us. If you think so too then you're exactly the person we're looking for!
We offer free daycare for employees so you can bring your dog to work!
Morning and afternoon shifts available.
Experience working with dogs is a plus but not required. Training is provided.
Must have a genuine love of dogs and be reliable. The dogs are counting on us.
Capable of standing/ walking for an entire shift, bending, and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
Salary: $9.50-10.50/hour to start depending on experience
