Job description
Are you ready to get back to work? Oakwood Cleaners is expanding our team to inspect clothing and household items and work with our customers to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service/Inspector job are, but are not limited to:
Inspect and tag incoming inventory with control and instruction form
Receive garments from customers (i.e. create work orders on computer)
Return clean items to customers at the counter (take cash, credit cards, checks)
Initiate phone/mail/email contact with clients when necessary
Answer telephones, Multi-task, Face to Face Customer Service
Perform barcode scan inventories
Sort and pre-spot laundered shirts
Fill in for other employees if needed.
Job Requirements:
Must be able to work shifts: M, T, TH, F 4pm - 11:30pm, Every other Sat. 10am- 3pm (Hours might differ due to work load, training hours might be different)
