Klober Engineering is looking for an entry level Civil Drafter to join our team. We are an established Civil Engineering firm in Springfield Tennessee looking to expand our team to better serve our clients. Our ideal candidate would be someone who has a good working knowledge of AUTOCAD and is willing to learn. Interested candidates must have a willingness to perform general civil drafting tasks supporting various project types.
Preparing Sheets for Construction documents;
Printing, Binding & Scanning
Mailing and delivery of plans;
Creating and updating block libraries;
Ability to label, dimension, and update drawings.
Ability to learn how to grade and layout new sites.
Attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Associates Degree or Technical Certification Civil Drafting or closely related field;
1-3 year experience in Civil Drafting is preferred;
Proficiency in AutoCAD, is a must;
Well organized, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
Willingness to learn new things and grow into a Civil Designer.
Candidate will have good communication skills, both written, oral and listening, and good interpersonal skills as well as ability to work and interface well in a collaborative project team environment.
