Location: Onsite (with occasional travel to local offices)

Job Type: 6 month contract to hire

Schedule: Flexible work schedule, 6:00-3:00, 7:00-4:00, 8:00-5:00, 9:00-6:00. Hybrid available after 90 days.

Job Description:

Our client is seeking a Master Data Analyst to join their team on a 6 month contract to hire basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating committees, chairing committees, defining processes, and working with SAP. While experience with SAP's Master Data Governance is not required, it is desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Create and chair committees focused on master data management and maintenance.
  • Define and implement processes to manage master data across the organization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into master data solutions.
  • Work with IT teams to implement data solutions and ensure data integrity.
  • Monitor master data changes and provide guidance to end-users as needed.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for master data management.
  • Train end-users on master data processes and procedures.
  • Participate in master data-related projects as needed.
  • Lite travel to local offices on occasion.

Requirements

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in master data management and analysis.
  • Experience in creating and chairing committees focused on master data management.
  • Knowledge of SAP.
  • Ability to define and implement master data management processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Steward of information.
  • Flexible and able to adapt to changing requirements.
  • Hybrid available after 90 days.
