Job Description

The Program Manager for ABM will work with Sales and Marketing leadership in a data driven and collaborative way Manager to lead programs targeting enterprise and high-end commercial accounts, Veeam’s highest growth segment.The goal is to drive more awareness and engagement, more leads, more opportunities, and ultimately more revenue with accounts identified by Sales. The Program Manager will apply Veeam’s messaging and content, engaging internal and external agencies to develop campaigns that resonate with Technical and Executive Decision Makers. This role requires an experienced marketing professional who possesses a broad set of skills including campaign design, an aptitude for product and business messaging, agency management, performance analysis, and executive communication.

As part of this role, the ABM Program Manager will work closely with sales teams, regional marketing teams, and demand generation functions to develop an integrated program mix that takes an account-first approach to driving demand for the enterprise. The ideal candidate will have experience launching cutting edge ABM technologies and tactics to successfully engage enterprise accounts, generate pipeline, and move them effectively through the buyer's journey.

  • Understand the buyers within enterprise and high-end commercial accounts – pain points, demographics, and how they buy.
  • Define ABM strategy and execution plans, encompassing multiple ABM tools and technologies.
  • Acquire internal and external data about the top accounts, including primary technology vendors, decision makers, and addressable opportunity.
  • Consult with Sales and Marketing teams to gain insight into the level of awareness the accounts have of Veeam.
  • Provide coordination across Americas Marketing teams to align global campaign bill of materials with regional requirements.
  • Convert additional regional requirements to executable deliverables working with global campaign owners, content marketing, and vendors.
  • Maintain relationships with internal and external agencies to deliver program assembly services to regional marketing team members.
  • Develop and deliver professional written and spoken communications that ensure team members and leadership have clear, concise, and up-to-date information on progress of work deliverables.
  • Determine and manage program budgets
  • Analyze data to monitor the success of programs and optimize activities based on data-driven findings

Qualifications

  • Demonstrable experience working in a B2B technology marketing
  • A proven marketing campaign manager (create plans, manage budgets, schedules, allocate resources, etc.).
  • 5 – 7 years of experience, preferably in B2B software using digital and field marketing channels to build integrated campaigns.
  • Data-driven. Ability to speak to successes with respect to demand generation including the numbers behind your success.
  • Demonstrated success delivering meaningful results through teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with globally distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent relationship management and expectation setting skills.
  • Experience working with sales teams to align sales and marketing goals.
  • Excellent writer and speaker.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools and familiar with Marketo and SFDC.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple, concurrent tasks while meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment with unending enthusiasm to get the job done.
