Kelly Services is seeking a Collections Analyst for an American Fortune 500 corporation that designs, manufactures, and distributes engines, filtration, and power generation products in Nashville, TN.Our client is looking for a Collector to fill their Proactive Customer Service based collections position.Title: Collections AnalystTypical Duties and Tasks:
Make collection calls for high volume accounts in a fast-paced goal-oriented collections department
Accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts
Escalate non responsive customers or problem accounts to leadership
Effectively utilize technology and other tools to accomplish tasks
Pay Rate: $18.00-$19.00/hour
This is a Monday – Friday position with an 8-hour work day expectation. The work day is 8 hours with 30 minute or 1-hour lunch, start time is somewhat flexible, 7 am to 9 am, depending upon the region being covered, then the day will last the 8 hours plus lunch.”
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma
At least 1 year Prior Customer Collections and Customer Service experience preferred
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and writing skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Personal accountability
Attention to detail
Team player
High sense of urgency
High level of integrity
Proficient in Microsoft Suite; Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge/Experience of Excel
Time management skills
