Traditional Project Management: Project-level financial and artifact management for train-level delivery work, replacement of Waterfall-standard artifacts with Agile replacements, and educating Waterfall and Agile project teams on this process is a core component of this traditional PM work.Coach: Leverage SAFe 5.0 expertise to drive measurable change within the transforming IT organization. Partner with the Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) to develop and drive a backlog of SAFe transformation improvement items. Serve as a team lead for other RTEs to cascade improvements to all ARTs (5-6 in total)RTE: Leadership for an ART comprised of several portfolio-funded projects for an agile delivery team collaborating with Waterfall enterprise project managers. Requires knowledge of “both sides” to facilitate coaching and collaboration to maintain auditable yet lean project delivery.
