Description:Our company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to help support their Cityworks document management system. Cityworks is a web GIS-centric enterprise asset management system used to manage, track, analyze, and score infrastructure assets and deliver operational effectiveness. This role will be supporting any incoming ticket around the Cityworks platform, including mostly tickets coming from metro council changes. This individual will perform application testing and troubleshooting for all Cityworks and related systems and applications, report or form creation/motification in Crystal Reports and SQL queries using Cityworks and Land Mgmt data. They use an older, possibly homegrown, ticketing system and the team will also be needed to perform updating and patching to the platform. Currently the team operates at 25-30% first call resolutions. Once ticket is being worked on, the tech will provide change request for cods dept and will need the ability to clearly communicate with the end user. This individual needs to come in having had some low level SQL knowledge (basic queries, proper ways of doing joins, etc), customer facing tech support experience, and experience with Application Troubleshooting- User administration and report generation.Skills:Sql, Customer service, Troubleshooting, application support, sql queries, document management, imaging, access database, visio, ms office suite, outlookTop Skills Details:Sql,Customer service,TroubleshootingAdditional Skills & Qualifications: Two (2) or more years of application support Experience writing SQL queries/scripts Experience with complex Crystal Report writing Experience supporting users with issues resolution, data analysis, reporting and data extracts Experience in report or form development and maintenance Experience with end-user testing including preparing and updating testing environment Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience Level:Entry LevelAbout TEKsystems: We're partners in transformation.
