AssociateClinical Supply Specialist 1903582 Your Role : VUH IP
supports a total of 13,662 lines; 20% of the lines are inventory daily by 7
FTE's equating to 390 lines per FTE. Staff also responsible for maintaining
each par location; i.e., low stock, organization, labels, outdates, product
conversions.VUH Ip also responsible for the following:Issuing supplies on demand, 600 lines per day128 crash carts: respond, deliver, return, restock, out dates,
conversions.18 difficult airway bags, 2 pin carts,12 chest tube bags, 10 central
line cartsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides materials and equipment requested in a timelymanner.
Assembles carts for distribution.
Ensures supplies are in a clean and safe workingcondition and environment. Maintains adequate supply in storage locations.
Cleans, prepares, and tests specialty beds or equipmentfor safety.
May capture patient charges for supplies.
