If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking an Associate Director, Resource Management to join our Business Tax Services organization.Responsibilities:Drive the implementation of Resource Management related strategies and initiatives

Team with various groups / leaders and manage upward, downward and outward related to the implementation of Resource Management strategies and initiatives

Demonstrate proficiency in analyzing data, including data from Resource Management related tools

Successfully facilitate negotiations and build consensus and buy-in from those not in your chain of command

Develop innovative solutions to Resource Management challenges while maintaining strong relationships

Assist the Director with Regional & National Resource management initiatives and participate in the identification of best practices and drive consistency of processes

Qualifications:Minimum seven years of recent experience in one or more business related areas including: Finance, Accounting, Human Resources and Resource Management or general business operations; minimum four years of experience as a direct supervisor for a staff consisting of different professional levels

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources or related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent of work experience

Ability to work independently as well as develop strategy and implement with buy-in from local partners and act as a trusted advisor

Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical and negotiating skills is required
