Immediate Need:Growing company in Nashville is hiring for a Business Analyst to join their team. Responsibilities for this role are as follows:This role would like to see the the following as far as level of experience:
- 4-5 years of experience as a business analyst type role where business and functional requirements were documented and managed as part of a project in conjunction with IT
- 2 years of experience in a requirements management tool such as TFS, Jira, Rally, Version One, or HP ALM
- Strong written communication and presentation skills are required. Must be able to clearly document and share complex ideas across all levels of the organization including executive management.
- Experience coordinating user acceptance testing, end user training, and end user documentation
- Working knowledge of BABOK v3 terms and concepts and/or working knowledge of PMBOK v5 terms and concepts surrounding requirements management and stakeholder management
- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes, terms, and concepts
- Working knowledge of the Software/Systems Development Lifecycle Cycle (SDLC) process, terms, and concepts
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or similar diagramming application)
- Bachelor’s Degree
