DescriptionBusiness Manager needed for up and coming recording & media company. Up to $75k plus bonus!My entertainment industry client located in Nashville, TN, is looking for a Business Manager to join their team. This firm is projecting huge growth over the next three years, and this is the ideal time to get on board. The ideal candidate will have a passion for process improvement and will be comfortable coming in and making improvements as they see fitThe Business Manager should have experience with the following:
Bookkeeping functions including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Experience calculating and disbursing royalties
Strong technical acumen especially with QuickBooks Online and Excel
3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Bookkeeping role
History of successful process improvements
Ability to track and manage expenses
The Business Manager will be well compensated:
Highly competitive salary up to $75k
Bonus up to 15%
3 Weeks of vacation to start
$100+ monthly cell phone allowance
Tremendous work life balance rarely exceeding 40 hours/week

Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting Highly preferred
Knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
3+ years of experience in an Accounting or Bookkeeping role
Knowledge of A/P, A/R, Expense Tracking, and Royalty Disbursement
