Job Description:- Direct development management experience leading Agile teams not as a PM, but rather a development manager with program leadership skills (Not a project manager with dev leadership skills!)- Data engineering experience with health care data Someone who has experience extracting, transforming, and loading health care claims, member and provider data- Implementation experience Implementations are different than pure software dev processes- Client relationship/communication skills Will be interacting directly with Optums clients and needs to have excellent communication and presentation skills- Solid and creative under pressure these implementations are fraught with challenges and every one is unique should thrive in an uncertain, ever-changing environment- Cultural fit Aggressive leadership is needed, but also genuine interest in employees wellbeing, teamwork mentality, and life balance is needed to fit in with local cultureRequired Qualifications:-Experience with client implementations, leading a scrum team, data acquisition, transformation and loading-Managing client relationshipsHow to Apply: Please simply apply on this site or send your resume toVacancy expired!
