CBRE GWS delivers consistent, measurably superior outcomes for our clients at every stage of the lifecycle, and across industries and geographies.Job SummaryReporting to the SVP, Global Total Rewards, the Head of Global Total Rewards, GWS will be accountable for helping transform total rewards at CBRE and innovating and executing a sophisticated, impactful international GWS total rewards strategy that attracts superior talent, motivates, and retains top performers, while being fully aligned with CBRE and GWS business strategy, strategic People plan, and good governance practices.S/he will be responsible for all total rewards related matters for GWS globally, lead the GWS total rewards team of about 15+ people and be an innovative thinker who brings industry leading thinking to build solutions that position GWS as a market-leading employer. This leader will work alongside her/his team to operationalize the GWS strategy and to ensure that it is embraced broadly across the organization. S/he will have a proven track record of creating innovative, industry-leading rewards strategies and programs on a global scale and will need to be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role is also responsible for representing GWS in the Global Total Rewards Leadership Team, leading the implementation and delivery of global programs and acting as a vocal champion for GWS needs.The successful candidate will have the ability to be a high-level strategic thinker capable of partnering with CBRE’s senior leaders but will also be capable of being a hands-on manager and “do-er”. S/he will be a visible, vocal and humanistic leader, not afraid to be innovative or disruptive to achieve the best outcomes and passionate about developing her/his team. S/he must excel at attracting, developing, and leading current and rising leaders globally on the Total Rewards team to increase the bench strength of Total Rewards talent globally.It is an incredibly exciting time to be at CBRE and supporting GWS and we are seeking a stellar candidate to help shape and drive the future of Global Total Rewards!Key ResponsibilitiesDrive a global GWS Total Rewards strategy that aligns with the Global CBRE Total Rewards strategy and supports the Company’s business and talent acquisition strategies to attract a highly diverse, global workforce.

Help support the Global Benefits team in executing a global benefits strategy that keeps the Company competitive and progressive in all locations globally.

Cross-functionally collaborate with executives, the Global TR Leadership Team, managers and employees when developing and executing the strategies, programs and practices that create a robust employee value proposition for CBRE and GWS.

Build and lead a strong global team of Compensation and Benefits professionals towards common objectives and outcomes that meet the needs of CBRE and GWS. Build a Total Rewards team succession strategy and high-performing culture within the team while attracting, motivating, and retaining top talent.

Ensure all Compensation and Benefits programs align to company values and drive the desired employment experience.

Influence favorable business outcomes by providing innovative recommendations, insights and advice using data and fact-based analysis

Lead the strategy, planning and administration of GWS Global Annual Compensation cycles

Build and maintain regular, high quality contact and relationships with key internal stakeholders.

Utilize experience/understanding in responding to compensation & benefits trends and market data points, while tying them to corporate objectives and ensuring legal compliance and sound governance.

Serve as a consultant to senior GWS leaders on compensation & benefits matters such as salary management, incentive compensation design and administration, employee/manager education and communication, job design and evaluation and interpretation corporate policies/procedures.

Monitor the effectiveness of compensation programs, policies, guidelines and procedures. Recommend revisions or new plans that are cost effective and consistent with the compensation strategy and philosophy.

Provide insight and practices from outside of CBRE to stretch internal thinking/practices and advise internal users on current and future market capabilities.

Coordinates and facilitates implementation, communication of strategy and programs and maintenance of compensation & benefits plans and policies with/to all management levels of the company.

Perform other duties as required:

Travel as needed including to build relationships with key stakeholders and team members

Proven track record in effectively managing and influencing multiple stakeholders and developing credibility quickly with the business and other areas of the People team

Excellent technical knowledge and experience in the design, implementation and administration of compensation and benefit programs

Excellent written and oral presentation skills with the ability to communicate complicated information in simple and understandable terms.

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple high-priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Project management skills and attention to detail.

Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Total Rewards organization
