This Desktop Support position is with a well-known, global organization and will be working to provide technical support to over 2000 users world-wide including 350 locally. This person will work on a 3 person team to manage all incoming tickets including break/fix, password resets, deployment of new equipment, imaging using SCCM, MS Outlook, Windows 7, VPN/network connectivity issues, etc. The right candidate will possess strong Desktop Support work history and hands-on work experience with Windows 7, Microsoft Office, Imaging, and Remedy ticketing system and ability to troubleshoot application issues on Windows 7. Will troubleshoot hardware and software problems on a domain level environment. Must have strong customer service skills, be a reliable employee and be self-motivated/self-directed.
