- Documenting standards, guidelines, and operating procedures for admins and end-users
- Management and maintenance of all endpoint hardware and devices located worldwide
- Managing, coordinating and maintaining AV equipment & corporate-wide meeting events in large all-hands spaces
- Support Sales New Hires Training & R&D off-site meeting
- Evaluate and recommend information technologies & applications
- Work with global IT team in a "follow the sun" support model
- Support MDM such as Kandji/Fleetsmith/JamF, Okta, Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira/Confluence
- 5+ years of supporting end users including executive staff
- 3-5+ years of experience providing IT Support within a high-security environment
- 3+ years experience working with SaaS applications like Okta & GSuite
- 3+ years experience managing endpoint devices like Mac, Windows, Linux, iOS & Android
- Exceptional communication & teamwork and skills that build a collaborative and continuous improvement environment
- Deep experience with Windows & Mac OS
- Ability to start projects and take them to completion
- Extreme customer focus
- Highly motivated individual with experience getting things done in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within an Atlassian environment.
- Experience managing and integrating SaaS applications using SSO
