If you're as passionate about your future as we are, join our team.KPMG is currently seeking a Manager, DAS Financial Operations to join our Business Processing Group organization.Responsibilities:Assume ownership of Deal Advisory & Strategy's Service Line / Service Network reporting process, issuing monthly reporting in Power BI and Excel; addressing required changes to reports as needed; serve as a contributing member to the Advisory Reporting COE for the launch of Service Line / Service Network reporting and ongoing enhancements; will be involved with reviewing feedback from offshore team and performing outreach with the Partner/MD group to follow up on large positive unbilled balances; work closely with the EMC team to make sure engagements flagged under the Advisory aging policy are closed timely each quarter

Oversee Cash Drive and Billing Drives; working with the SN Ops team to follow up with P/MDs to make sure they hit their individual goals; perform all outreach on all bad debt exposure for the coming 3 months; leveraging responses received from offshore team; follow-up with Partner/MDs to make sure they are following up with client for collection

Serve as Project Manager for one or more investment programs, as needed with support from KGS Operations including manage budget and analysis of budget v. actuals, milestone and outcomes tracking; and manage intake of investment requests (business case collection), change requests, and facilitate approval within the program executive

Own the Deal Advisory & Strategy Service Type taxonomy working with the Service Network leadership team to insure we have coding in place to properly track the services driving our revenues. Requires communication with Risk Management and Finance & Accounting to get new codes opened; changes processed and close-out of codes, as required

Work with required support groups to update the Launchpad pricing approvals, as required; review profit center coding; perform outreach as required and work with EMC to correct any miscoded engagements

Support SN QBR process; annual SN planning process; creating required schedules; work directly with Associate Director, DAS Financial Operations in charge of monthly reporting process to support required activities, when needed

Qualifications:Minimum seven years of client services delivery or related experience; preferably within a professional services environment

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; preferably, Accounting Finance, Business Administration or another related field

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Power Point and Outlook; advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and strong analytical skills required

Ability to exercise independent judgment to make day to day decisions with minimal supervision
