Key Responsibilities:Moogsoft System Administrator to maintain, upgrade and manage Moogsoft lifecycle deployment. Ability of develop custom codes based on customer requirement. Adaptability to the customer environment, Process and work culture.Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly. Should also have the patience to communicate with a variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.Goal is to ensure that Moogsoft technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently to run ITOps.- Managing of Moogsoft SaaS Environment.
- Adding and Modification of custom moolets.
- Working on Moogsoft Workflow engine modules.
- Knowledge on SSO authentication methods.
- Java (json) codding ability along with existing integration mappings.
- Managing LAM service – Backend LAMs (SolarWinds), UI LAMs (REST, AppDynamics, AWS CloudWatch, Netcool, Office 365 Email, OEM.
- Managing Integration – xMatters, Remedyforce for Ticketing, CMDB (Enterprise Data Warehouse, Remedyforce CMDB).
- Ability to work on new integrations based on requirement
- Set up accounts and workstations
- Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements
- Troubleshoot issues and outages
- Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
- Upgrade systems with new releases and models
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies
- Adherence of customer process
- Willingness of working 24/7 shifts
- System Administration level understanding of Moogsoft software . Other Event management products viz. IBM Netcool, MF OMi is an added advantage.
- Skills in technical areas which support the deployment, integration and maintenance of Moogsoft.
- Skills in Java, Java scripting, shell, html scripting and multiple Programming languages and technologies preferred.
- Mysql, apache-tomcat webservice.
- Working on Linux server.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure domains
