SAK Construction has an immediate opening for an Office Manager in Nashville, TN. This role requires a versatile individual with the ability to organize, prioritize, communicate, and execute daily responsibilities in a fast-paced environment within a close-working, team environment. Assist general manager with completion of monthly reports including forecasts, business conditions, and related schedules
Be available as the regional contact to SAK employees, customers, vendors and subcontractors
Organize and manage Nashville office functions including filing, upkeep, maintenance, and other items required for daily office function
Communicate bid schedules, submittal details, and assist with submittal details as necessary with corporate staff and regional team on specifics
Assist project managers with project submittals, monthly pay estimates, monthly cost reports, and project close-out details
Assist regional safety manager with filing and internal communications to employees for safety related items
Coordinate travel and lodging accommodations for the Southeast region.
Facilitate the process of New Hires completing paperwork, including I-9 verifications
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills
Highly proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Open to learning new things to be able to advance within the company
