Role Title: OPA developer Location: Nashville, TN Required:
- Proficient with Oracle Policy Automation (OPA) Administrator / Developer practices and should be good in development, including usage of OPA features such as Inclusions, Collaboration, and automation of OPA / Support Maintain OPA applications in Dev / testing and Production Environments.
- Strong communication skills are required to effectively communicate at various levels of management.
- Skilled in design and development for OPA using Word and Excel plugins
- Strong knowledge of web services (including WSDL development)
- Understand how OPA communicates with other systems via the Assess service API and Web Services.
- Knowledge on service-oriented architectures (SOA)
- Good knowledge of relational databases, specifically Oracle (SQL), XML, SOAP/REST Services.
- Proficient in deploying OPA rule bases in a large integrated environment.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work both independently and with a team
- Knowledge on Integrated Eligibility systems and Medicaid Business policies is a plus.
- If necessary, the ability to quickly learn new concepts and software.
- The ideal candidate will be an initiator, self-motivated, independent, detail-oriented, responsible team player, and possess exceptional relationship management skills.
- Understanding of delivery methodologies and tools, as well as a desire to follow and devise processes for quality improvement
- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications
- Proficient in Java, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
- Roughly 90-95% hands-on coding
- Hands-on development on developing rules using OPA.
- Commitment to team success and positive team dynamics
- Passion for growing and applying technical skills in service to customers
- Knowledge in Agile Development.
- Participate in the research, proof of concept, and implementation of cutting-edge J'EE Frameworks / Technologies.
