The Partner Product Marketing (PPM) team is a function within Media Partnerships responsible for driving product understanding and adoption through Partner Manager teams that work closely with content creators, including digital publishers, media companies, news publishers, broadcasters, sports teams/leagues, and public figures.In this role, you will manage a team of partner product marketers (PPMs) focused on Creators, Public Figures, Digital Publishers, and Media Companies. You will also be expected to focus on a set of strategic projects including supporting our NA Music Artist team and cross functional initiatives in service to growing product adoption and partner value. As the team lead, success in this role is reflected by enabling and guiding the team to develop targeted strategies to unlock product adoption growth and providing advocacy to unblock barriers to adoption, growth, and retention. Each PPM on your team is responsible for gaining a deep understanding of their segment so that they can confidently influence product roadmaps and lead outbound go-to-market strategies that optimize for growth, adoption and value for their respective audience. In addition to team lead, you will be responsible for the same expertise and influence in supporting music artists.This role will require cross-team collaboration with our News and Sports PPMs and touch upon a broad set of products across Facebook, Inc. including video, audio, and monetization.Required Skills: Manage and lead North America Entertainment partner product marketing team
Identify and prioritize segments and topics that can thrive on Facebook, enabling the team to craft scalable growth plans with high-impact solutions
Distill and surface comprehensible market feedback to inform new and existing media products strategy to unlock the greatest value
Lead go-to-market strategy including internal enablement and training, segment-specific product messaging, and informing marketing collateral like playbooks and narrative
Partner closely with News and Sports PPM colleagues to bring together solutions across all NA verticals
Be an internal advocate for partners and segments with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, policy, business development, and communications. Engage supporting roles like Partner Solutions, Media Operations, Analytics and Marketing through cross-functional collaboration
Understanding the content landscape and media environment, revenue streams, digital business models and overall internet/technology space, and be a reliable source of insight on those media & entertainment products
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or higher
12+ years of experience working in strategy, marketing, or partner management function at a digital platform, tech company, media company, or relevant industry
Experience leading a complex, dynamic team in a cross-functional work setting
Experience understanding complex problems and stakeholder sets and drive business impact and measurable results
Experience with the product feedback loop process, including capturing product feedback and trends to effectively inform product decisions
Experience collaborating cross-functionally, influencing and building consensus among multiple stakeholders in a matrixed, entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
Experience understanding of content partners, creator business models, social media and content/media landscape
Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
