We are looking for
PMO Coordinator for our client in Nashville, TN Job Title: PMO Coordinator Job Location: Nashville, TN Job Type: Contract Job Description:- To support the execution of the program across the customer engagement based on defined guidelines| in order to achieve the program objectives.
- To collect collate and publish project/program reports to various stakeholders.
- To coordinate all periodic reviews| prepare MOMs and Track to the closure of all action items.
- To execute a resource management plan as defined by delivery managers (execute onboarding training and resource release| BRQs, etc.).
- To facilitate maintenance of central repository for all deliverables.
- To monitor project health status and timely reporting on all aspects of the programs.
- To track progress on the implementation of best practices| processes and standards/tools.
- Good Knowledge of Office 365 suite of applications ( Excel, PPT, Outlook).
- Strong written & Oral communication skills.
- Need to manage the calendars for Senior Management.
- Strong Presentation skills.
