Product Analyst

Job DescriptionThe Product Analyst for Support Services Applications serves as subject matter expert and connection point between business stakeholders, vendor, and IT support for applicable technologies. The scope of applications included for this role include both existing and yet-to-be defined products. The product analysts main responsibilities include requirement gathering, application support and issue resolution, and product improvement.
