Project Controls Analyst

A successful Project Controls Analyst will provide analysis and support to project teams and program/project managers by managing job setups, rate changes, production entry, customer invoicing, and job cost/variance analysis. The role involves leveraging data analytics to identify trends, optimize operations, and contribute to P&L/revenue management through accurate financial insights. Active participation in scheduling and forecasting ensures timely milestone delivery and resource allocation. This detail-oriented and motivated individual will facilitate communication across teams, including leading virtual meetings, while demonstrating strong knowledge of project operations, data analysis software, and the ability to interpret and analyze data effectively. Responsibilities :

Manage processes effectively and apply expertise to ensure the completion of work assignments.

Facilitate communication internally and externally, fostering collaboration among project teams.

Manage and update tools such as spreadsheets and databases for scheduling/forecasting and analysis.

Participate in the implementation and maintenance of processes or procedures.

Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist assigned department/project.

Leverage data analytics/manipulation techniques to support P&L/revenue management and project success.

Lead virtual meetings with internal and external stakeholders to share updates and resolve challenges.

Read, interpret, input, and analyze data in support of an assigned department/project.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in a related field or 4 years of related work experience.

Proficient in the use of office hardware and software (Excel, Google Sheets, PCs, Tablets, etc.), particularly for data manipulation and forecasting.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
