QNXT Benefits Configuration Market Advisor; W2; RemoteWe are currently seeking a dynamic configuration senior specialist to join the Government Configuration team in the role of Configuration Market Advisor (CMA). The CMA is responsible for system configuration change requests (CCRs) for their assigned markets, working with the Configuration Analysts matrixed to their peers in the business and network operations. The main assignment for this position will be overseeing Benefit Configuration for the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). The chosen candidate will provide daily oversight of configuration change requests associated with the markets assigned to this open position that includes collaborating with business (Claims, PDM, etc.) and market counterparts for the assigned markets.Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews requests for configuration changes (CCRs) for completeness and clarity.
- Reviews configuration and associated documentation for accuracy, completeness and appropriateness, recommending most appropriate modeled solution when necessary.
- Assists/Coaches Config Analysts on most appropriate configuration, addresses questions and forms root cause analysis on proposed failures.
- Identifies process and system improvement opportunities.
- Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
- Coordinates the activities with other IT sections (e.g. business analysts, development team.).
- Functions as subject matter expert for industry and system related issues with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive problem solving and analytical skills
- At least five years of solid, diverse work experience in IT, health insurance delivery, claims processing, enrollment processing, premium billing, provider contracts, benefits administration or configuration desirable.
- Possesses full knowledge of phases of systems analysis as relates to configuration, but also considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment
- SQL Query Skillset
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to collaborate with a team of Business Analysts, Systems Analysts, Project Managers and Application Developers to convert business requirements into technical specifications.
- Desired Experience / Qualifications:
- Strong Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Benefits Administration knowledge
- Medicare/Medicaid/Medicare-Medicaid Plan
- Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) governance experience
- Team leadership experience
- Bachelor s degree in a related discipline and/or equivalent work experience
