Beacon Hill Technologies is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance performance tester for a client in the Middle Tennessee area. This person will help evaluate and test SaaS-based applications. He or she will be collaborating with the development team and business analysts to define and implement performance test scenarios that align to real-world usage patterns. In addition, this candidate will be developing and executing manual test cases in JIRA and track/report bugs and defects for initial identification to resolution. This person will also conduct manual and automated quality assurance tests before product launches to ensure effectiveness in meeting and exceeding all client requirements. This candidate will use strong communication skills to participate in internal and client facing meetings and have an extensive knowledge of performance testing tools and processes.

Required Skills

Must be able to demonstrate experience in testing complex B2C and B2B SaaS applications.
Strong testing skills from experience with multiple software companies.
Deep experience in Agile scrum methodologies
Experience with Jira
Strong experience with Akamai CloudTest or similar testing tools (NeoLoad, LoadRunner, etc)
Strong communication
Experience as an active participant in scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, etc)
Ability to develop test cases with loosely defined product requirements.
