Duties
  • Collaborate with GBS Data Stewards to develop an analytic reporting program for proactive stakeholder engagement, issue remediation, and preventive action efforts.
  • Partner with GBS Data Governance leadership to build Data Governance dashboards that support GBS decision-making and EDS collaboration.
  • Leverage technical assets and metadata to support best practices and visibility across GBS critical data assets.
  • Define and influence metrics that support root cause analysis and provide actionable insights.
  • Provide deep-dive analysis for issue prioritization and program enhancement.
  • Provides expert content on complex Data Measurement & Reporting assignments/projects.
  • Delivers analytical and operational reporting, business performance measurement and management dashboards. Creates and delivers automated solutions driving relevant insights.
  • Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives. Uses deep professional knowledge and acumen to advise functional leaders.

Skills:
  • 5+ years experience in statistical analysis and reporting, including use of mathematical models for problem identification and control
  • Experienced in data management, data quality, and data governance practices
  • Proven expertise in providing effective, impactful visualizations and analysis to a wide variety of audiences
  • Creative, self-driven, and able to function with minimal direction from Manager
  • Experienced in report design, including Tableau
  • Must have the ability to handle multiple and sometimes competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a quick learner and a team player
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in Agile Methodology
  • Expert in SQL and other querying languages
  • Education: Preferred degree and/or certification in Statistics-related field
