Do you thrive in a busy environment where multi-tasking is key? We're looking for a Settlement analyst with these attributes to:

  • Work independently on daily processes and assignments with an understanding of the finance industry & financial products.
  • Understand broker/dealer operations concepts such as Stock Loan, Stock Record, DTC, Seg and Trade Lifecycle highly preferred
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues in the Front Office, Middle Office, and external counterparts & clients.
  • Demonstrate planning & organizational skills to meet the demands of operational processing
Your teamYoull be working in the DTC Settlements function for Securities Operations in Nashville. The team is responsible for owning the day-to-day Stock loan /Buy in processes supporting the SBL business, DTC domestic settlement process of all Equities, Fixed Income and Commercial Paper and CD issuances via DTC. The team also supports ETF and manages the collateral of the creations and redemptions traded by the Equities business. The team manages daily settlement transactions across multiple entities as well as any trade fails, and buy-ins on US securities transactions. The team interacts with many operations groups globally in our goal of providing an industry leading level of client service to external clients and internal stakeholders, supporting stakeholders and developing valuable internal & external relationships with employees of varying seniority. The team also handles all post-trade activities relating to US DTC settlement, and fails management. Your experience and skills
  • strong product knowledge including rollout and integration, accompanied with a strong lean mentality
