Our client, a Wealth Management Firm is looking for a:Settlements AnalystRemoteLong Term Contract Your roleAre you a subject matter expert in operational processes? Do you thrive in a busy environment where multi-tasking is key? We're looking for a Settlement analyst with these attributes to:
- Work independently on daily processes and assignments with an understanding of the finance industry & financial products.
- Understand broker/dealer operations concepts such as Stock Loan, Stock Record, DTC, Seg and Trade Lifecycle highly preferred
- Communicate effectively with colleagues in the Front Office, Middle Office, and external counterparts & clients.
- Demonstrate planning & organizational skills to meet the demands of operational processing
- strong product knowledge including rollout and integration, accompanied with a strong lean mentality
- a proven risk assessment and management skill set, fostering a zero tolerance policy for poor integrity and risk taking
- a clear communication style
- escalation awareness
- a strong front-to-back ownership mentality
