Zycron, a brand of BG Staffing is partnered with a healthcare organization in Nashville, TN in search of a
Sr. Business Analyst. We are seeking someone with 6 years of experience identify gaps in current state in order to prep for future state. This is a 6 to 12 month contract position with possible extension. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Identify gaps in current state in order to prep for future state
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives, and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies (strategy and execution)
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area
- Modeling workflows, requirements gathering, and facilitating dialogue among teams and stakeholders
- Healthcare experience is preferred
