Job Description:- Have solid experience in managing AMS engagements at service provider side- Should be able to plan shifts, handle escalations and maintain SLAs and reporting for support engagements.- Should have very good people management skills.- Should be able to work in a fast paced environment with global teams- Should have good experience with development/enhancement projects - Should have prior experience managing a team of atleast 15-20 people - Should have hands-on expertise with contract creation, negotiation and change requests identification- Should be able to communicate and present the progress to director/sr.director level stakeholders.- Technical expertise in mainframe/Java tech stack is preferable, but not mandatory.
