- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 4 years of Information Technology experience
- Good hands-on technical knowledge on UNIX/LINUX, Shell Scripting, and PL/SQL
- Experience with ITIL process
- Knowledge on Autosys scheduler
- Experience in application production support
- Good Analytical and Communication skills
- Planning and Co-ordination skills
- Agile Methodologies
- Knowledge on cloud technologies – preferably Azure
- Automation experience and Knowledge of tools like Splunk, AppDynamics
- Able to respond to emergencies on a 24/7 basis
