This means that the candidate must understand where the business falls within the market and gauge the impact of this new partnership. You will develop into a Teleperformance expert, allowing you to find and vet partnerships effectively. You will ensure operational goals/metrics are achieved or exceeded and that all Collection activity is conducted in compliance with laws. In addition, you will communicate vision and strategic direction while improving processes and motivating your teams to achieve critical goals.You will love this opportunity if you are a proven leader with operational strength and experience building and leading large, geographically dispersed teams.Qualifications:What Will You Need to Succeed?Bachelor's degree or above, MNC working experience is preferred; experience in Healthcare is required

Strong English communication skills, with the ability to hold chief executive office-level discussions.

5+ years of proven success in business development and consultative experience in the Collections industry

5+ years of previous call center, operations, or consumer credit experience required

5+ years of leadership experience managing staff. Proven positive leadership skills. Successful track record of positively influencing and working effectively with all levels

Considerable experience in various aspects of the BPO Sector (Collections & Healthcare)

Ability to persuade and influence others with proven negotiation and sales skills and the ability to work at a senior level

Outstanding communication skills with leadership and executive-level partners - written and verbal.

Being comfortable presenting in a group setting

Analytical thinking, proactive attitude, strong written and oral communication skills

Strong negotiation and business management skills

Must be highly detailed oriented with the ability to be productive, accountable, and manage to work under tight deadlines when needed

Great Team player and passionate about selling

Responsibilities:As a VP of Collections, You WillWork with the Marketing Business Development Team and Strategic Account Management Team to develop strategies that target Collections opportunities within key sectors. Establishing and developing relationships with any critical decision-makers within prospective new clients to heighten Teleperformance's chance of securing any future outsourcing activity

Work with business intelligence teams to research background information on potential new customers and to fully diagnose customer's needs

Support a 'bid team' comprising operational, technical, HR, and executive-level input where necessary, and a clear team briefing is required to achieve bid success

Produce new business proposals and responses to tenders and ensure that team produces effective documents to the required standard

Undertake sales presentations, support site tours, and take overall responsibility for the outcome of each pitch related to Collections

Review and analyze statistical data daily. Develop, implement, and communicate daily and monthly dashboards, delinquency, loss, collector, and other reporting

Ensure that internal governance and financial planning are administered effectively

Act as an internal consultant on new business and client issues as required

Meet all individual monthly and yearly sales targets

An understanding of customer experience related to digital technologies and future innovations within Collections

Excellent financial understanding and the ability to converse with Collection clients utilizing Collections industry terminologies and concepts

Ability to work in a matrix organization and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority

participate in a high-pressure and enriching working environment

bring your cold calling/warm calling and social selling skills

develop a network of potential sales leads

design winning strategies and account management

act as a commercial project manager that oversees internal and external resources during RFP responses and preparing new business proposals

follow the sales process to ensure quality and effective win strategies in all business proposals regarding content, pricing, solution, and other components

coordinate client visits and presentations with all other key departments

negotiate contracts with new, potential clients

provide input and support to Teleperformance's leadership with exciting BPO strategies.

assist the Head of Sales in designing the GTM strategy for BPO business in entrusted vertical.

create plans for top clients and accounts

Support new opportunities from previous contacts and develop new contacts

Report all activities using salesforce.com
