Role: Vlocity Tech Lead Location: Nashville, TN Duration: 12 Months of contract The Vlocity Tech Lead is responsible for the Vlocity (Salesforce.com) solution and works for hand in hand with architects and developers, both onsite and offshore, on the project to ensure the functional and technical vision of the client is realized. The position requires the ability to lead the requirements gathering, design, and solution creation process. Required Skill Set:
- Ability to create solutions in Vlocity (Salesforce.com) from client concepts and requirements
- The deep functional and technical expertise of Salesforce
- Sales Cloud and Partner Community application suites
- Expertise in Vlocity Digital Interaction Platform, with a firm understanding of how elements like Industry Console, Omni Scripting, and DataRaptor can enhance Salesforce's own functionality
- Experience in Designing Design high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce.com Vlocity platform using
- Vlocity Cards, Omniscripts, Dataraptors and Integration procedures, Apex, Visual Force Page, Visual Force Custom Components.
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform developer, and Sales Cloud certification
- Maintain technical relevance (configuration, administration) at a minimum of the Salesforce Administrator level
- Have experience in developing comprehensive functional specification documents, configuration designs, use cases, test conditions, test scripts, and training documentation to support successful implementations of initiatives and processes
- Strong client-facing communications skills - written and verbal
- Measure and document business results achieved through the implementation
- Ability to recommend standard Salesforce best practices to clients
- 8 years of IT experience
- 4-6 years of Salesforce experience 2 years of Vlocity experience
- Experience with Agile and program execution methodologies
- Vlocity Platform Developer Certification
- Extensive experience with working with different stakeholders.
