AMERICAS BEST VALUE INN in Goodlettsville, TN is looking for full time hotel industry experienced fnight auditor. The selected candidates will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction from the moment a guest arrives at the hotel until they check out. Ideal candidates must be reliable, customer service oriented, professional and friendly.
Shifts is Night (11pm-7am). Candidate must be available during weekends and holidays. This is NOT a seasonal position! Full time, long term.
Job Duties include:
Check guests into and out of hotel
Manage and resolve all guest complaints and questions in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain guest accounts and accurately handle cash and credit card payments
Ability to communicate with public, hotel staff and management in a professional manner
Maintain a high level of professional appearance and demeanor
Be customer service oriented, providing guests with information regarding facilities/services and local area, and fulfilling guest requests during their stay to ensure customer satisfaction
Answer multi line telephone
Other duties as assigned
Ideal candidates must be reliable, professional, friendly and customer service oriented. Flexible schedule is also preferred.
