Seeking open-minded and ambitious individuals for a full time Kitchen Management position. Duties include supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and workers, including FOH staff to ensure an excellent guest experience. Also, ensure proper portion, arrangement and food garnishment to be served, monitor the quality and timeliness of the food being prepared and to maintain kitchen supplies, inventory and cleanliness. Additionally, preparing and posting the BOH employee schedules. Furthermore, motivating and coaching employees for their and the companies success! Experience is required along with a positive and upbeat work ethic. We are open for dinner and weekend brunch.
