We break bread together each morning with Family Meal and work toward the same goals. Finish your workday by 2:30 and wear jeans to work!

Summary of Position:
Capable of cooking and preparing all New Orleans cuisines with Ruby Slipper recipes with proper equipment and guidance.
Able to follow Ruby Slipper Café Standards and all recipes consistently,100% responsibility for the quality of products served.
Knows and complies consistently with our standard portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards and kitchen rules, policies, and procedures.
Maintains a clean and sanitary work station area
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in kitchen preparation, and cooking.
At least 6 months experience in a similar capacity.
Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel.
Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds.
Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours).
